You may opt-in by filling out forms located throughout Simplyletters.com. You may opt-out by using the forms or by reply e-mail. We guarantee satisfaction with your order. If dissatisfied, simply return you letter within 60 days and the money will be immediately refunded to you. Download refunds made upon your request. If for some reason the letter does not arrive at it's intended destination before the holiday ordered, your money will be refunded... Cheerfully. no Questions asked.
Letter delivery will be made by the US postal service. we will refund for lost/late deliveries, but will not be responsible for orders not picked up at a PO box on time. Nor will we be responsible for incorrect mailing address resulting in delay (ie. no/incorrect zip code).
